Charles Hannabarger
Mr. Hannabarger is the Founder and President of Process Solutions International. Charles is a hands-on
practitioner, with experience and results from the board-room to the shop floor, who teaches and consults on the concepts
and applications of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing / Toyota Production Systems, Strategic Analysis and Goal Setting, Project
Management, and Team Facilitation and Leadership. He is an experienced facilitator in the areas of team building, problem
solving, metrics and dashboard development, and the implementation of process improvement strategies and tactics. Mr. Hannabarger left General Dynamics, Missiles and Electronics Group
after seven years where he worked as a Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality Strategies Manager. Prior to his work at General
Dynamics, he spent six years as a Senior Design Engineer Technologist at Ford Motor Company, Electrical & Electronics
Division, in Dearborn, Michigan. Mr. Hannabarger is an accomplished teacher, coach and mentor of the methods and tools of
continual improvement, teamwork and project management. He has extensive experience
in Strategic Planning and goal setting (SWOT, Benchmarking and Organizational Assessment), linking them to the day-to-day
tactical activities and projects at the Operational level.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and his MBA in Technology
Management from the University of Phoenix, San Diego. He is a Master Black Belt and an Associate Consultant for Air Academy Associates. In addition,
he also holds numerous certifications in quality, manufacturing operations, electronics, aircraft manufacturing and maintenance,
and R&D vibration and acoustic testing. His list of clients include: The US Army, US Navy, Bank of Oklahoma, Goodyear
Tire and Rubber, Boeing, Cobham Flight Refueling Systems, Stanley Aviation, Sargent Fletcher Refueling Systems, ITT Cannon,

for Cal State Fullerton.
Frederick S. "Rick" Buchman Mr.
Buchman has over 22 years experience that span multiple industries from electronics, missiles and semiconductors to medical
devices and commercial airplane integration and assembly. Mr. Buchman has been directing initiatives in Total Quality, Six
Sigma and DFSS and Continuous Improvement for the past 15+ years, as both an internal and contract consultant, supporting
the automotive, electronics, semiconductor, electromechanical, medical device, commercial and components industries. His clients
include Raytheon Corp., General Dynamics, Texas Instruments, Allied-Signal, ITT and the US Government.
He was
an adjunct professor with Michigan State University, in teaching major portions of their Eli Broad Executive Development Curriculum,
to include problem solving, project management, coaching and team leadership, Linking Strategy and Planning, Applied Statistics
in problem solving methods, and other courses, and taught extensively for several other major institutions including George
Mason University, UCSD, & Towson University.
Rick brings his extensive background and knowledge about continuous
improvement methods and tools, six sigma DMAIC and DFSS applications together with his broad industry experience to both challenge
and accelerate six sigma and lean applications on projects at Green, Black, and Master Black Belt levels, toward successfully
achieving or exceeding savings goals and/or market share gain.
David Nave Mr. Nave has over 23 years of experience
with Business Systems Performance Enhancement and Continual Process Improvement. In his work at multiple Fortune 500 companies,
he specializes in working with strategic initiatives tied to tactical applications (Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints,
Value Engineering, Malcolm Baldrige type assessments, etc.). As an educator, coach, and mentor - he strives to help teams,
groups, organizations and individuals think in new ways, apply the new thinking to improve performance, and capture financial
gains. Dave provides experience in exploring business improvement theories, determining fundamental concepts, and applying
those concepts to meaningful, actionable and helpful activities.
Dave holds a MBA in Management Systems (Deming
Scholars Program) from Fordham University and a BS in Engineering. He is a member of American Society for Quality and a Certified
Manufacturing Engineer. Dave is an internationally published author, and conducts private and public learning events.
